Our Homecoming Award Assembly Winners

|
|
|
Inchinnan Primary school Pupils had an extended Assembly celebrating our Scottish heritage. Classes were represented by pupils reciting a variety of Scottish Poems. Primary 2/1 and 3/2 also sang a couple of songs with much enthusiasm. We were also entertained by a group of dancers and a musician. Thank you to all pupils who took part. It was a lovely way to end this part of the session.

Whole School
|
To celebrate St Andrew, the whole school will be involved in a Scots Poetry Event which will culminate in an assembly where various pupils will share their favourite Scots poems with the rest of the school.

Primary 4
|
|
Primary 4 pupils have been looking at Scotland as their Social Studies People and Place topic. They researched a wide variety of aspects to present to each other. This culminated in an 'Open Afternoon' for parents and friends to share their knowledge.

Primary 6
|
|
Primary 6 pupils are researching famous Scots, past and present, and presenting their findings to their classmates.

Primary 6/7
|
|
P6/7 pupils held a Burns Supper celebrating with Burns Songs, poems and dancing. There was an Address to the Haggis, a Toast to the Lassies and their reply to the Laddies. The event was enjoyed by all - there was even a piper to pipe in the haggis.P3 pupils also held a celebration of Burns with songs and poems as an enterprise event. They invited Primary 1 pupils who thoroughly enjoyed the entertainment and the shortbread.
